When do I receive my certificates?: Your certificates will be dispatched on the next working day after the course and you should receive them within a maximum of 10 working days.
How long are my certificates valid for?: Please check the courses page to find the validity period of the certificates.
Can I get reprints of my certificates?: Yes you can, simply call us on 020 7055 2990 and speak to the courses departments. A small charge of £5.00 will be applicable for each certificate.
What happens if an organisation does not recognise the certificates?: Simply ask them to contact us on 020 7055 2990 (also on the certificate) and we will provide any extra information they require.
Am I guaranteed to get a job?: We do not guarantee any positions, we simply work hand in hand with our recruitment department to help candidates become fully compliant, at which point our recruitment department would have already been working on securing a position for you.
When do I have to pay the remaining balance for the course?: All courses must be fully paid 3 working days before the course date.
Who are the trainers?: All our trainers have a minimum of 5 years experience and hold valid teaching qualifications and all required certificates to provide their given courses.
